Michael is a franchise consultant and franchise attorney who specializes in assisting franchisors of all sizes reach their potential. He frequently consults with franchisors on all aspects of their business and even serves as a temporary general counsel to help franchisors implement necessary legal processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable franchising laws and regulations. Michael is both a licensed attorney and certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Arizona. Prior to joining Warshawsky Seltzer, PLLC in 2016, Michael was a senior executive and general counsel of Kahala Brands, Ltd., the worlds largest multi brand quick service restaurant franchisor with 19 unique brands and over 3,200 outlets worldwide.
